Terms of Service

Effective date: November 1, 2026

Welcome to PhotoVideoNews (photovideonews.com). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

PhotoVideoNews is a news aggregator. We collect headlines, short excerpts and images from publicly available RSS feeds published by photography and video production websites, and link you to the original articles. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. Each story shows its source, and the "Read the full story" link takes you to the original publisher.

Third-party content and links

Articles, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners. Stock photos shown when a story has no image are provided by Pexels and credited on the page. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites we link to.

If you are a rights holder and want content removed, email info@wedovids.com with the page address and we will respond promptly.

Advertising and affiliate links

The site is supported by advertising (including Google AdSense) and by affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate links are marked and never change the price you pay.

Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that harms its operation. Personal, non-commercial reading is welcome.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. News and gear information may be incomplete or out of date, so verify details with the original source before relying on them or making a purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoVideoNews and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
